Results

TEAMWORK 2 partners will develop specific policy recommendations for each country-context. EU-level recommendations will also be formulated. The policy paper will be used for national-level advocacy to create systemic change.

Online platform for HR professionals

The online tool will enable the companies to self-assess their readiness in terms of recognition, prevention and protection policies. Companies who successfully complete the self-assessment test will obtain a sexual-harassment-free-sticker. Those with low assessment scores will have access to guidance and suggestions to improve their policies and practices.

Guidelines & Capacity-Building Seminar Curriculum for HR managers, Supervisors, Team leaders and Managers at Senior Positions

Human Resources and senior position managers will be trained to integrate policies and practices aiming at preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.
